Enhanced Case Creation with Searchable Case Types
The pop up window for selecting a Case Type when creating a case now allows you to search by Name or Description, with results filtered by the CIS Division associated with the relevant account, premise, or user (if applicable). Previously, selection was via a drop-down menu, which restricted searching flexibility.
This streamlines user experience, enabling easier and more accurate Case Type selection.
