Account Outage Events Insights

The Outage Events Insights (C1-OUTAGE-LIST) insight type highlights any active outage events for an account or any accounts linked to the person in context. Similarly, scheduled outages are highlighted and if at least one outage has been recently restored.

This elevates customer service interactions through additional customer information in the most appropriate screens.
