Customer Outage Information Portal

The Customer Outage Information portal shows you a list of outage events for an account or any accounts linked to the person in context and contains the following portal zones:

  • Outages: Lists active and scheduled outage events
  • Recently Restored: Lists recently restored outage events
  • Outage Details: Displays key outage details and impacted premises

You can navigate to the Customer Outage Information portal from the Account context menu or froAccount Outage Event insights.

This provides customer agents with information about outage events affecting any customers in context, enabling efficient responses and reducing the need for real-time queries to an external outage management system.

Provide the required access before using the feature. Details are in the Access #Requirements section.

System administrators should review and determine which user groups should be granted access to the application service Customer Outage Information Portal (C1CUSOUT).
