The updated Related Objects query zone, on the Customer Contact Query portal, now lists results in descending order by Contact Date/Time based on all customer contact records. Previously, the most recent customer contacts may not have been displayed.

This makes it easier and faster to find recent customer interactions, improving efficiency and user experience.
