Internal Batch Controls

Cloud Service Foundation has some batch controls that are meant for internal purposes to execute internal system related processes. Examples of these include Update batch details of Internal batches (K1-UISBD) and ILM Automation - Add Partition (K1-ILMAD). In this release, these jobs are marked explicitly as Internal via Base Batch Control option by setting it to Internal. In the future, more batch controls may be classified as Internal.

Marking batch controls that are used for internal purposes as Internal ensures that they run only on batch thread pool workers reserved explicitly for them and are not available for customer use. This ensures that customers batch threads are not used for internal processing. This enhancement simplifies execution of internal batch processes versus customer batch processes.
