Enhanced Navigation via UI and Context Menu

New context menu items have been added in a preferred sequence across the following entities within Digital Asset Cloud Service to improve user navigation:

Program Subscription
Device Location
Metered Service
Metered Service Point
Contact Context
Controllable Device
Program Event
Event Participation

This improves product usability and allows users to efficiently navigate across entities.
