Clone an Estimated Restoration Time

Cloning an Estimated Restoration Time (ERT) is equivalent to clicking the Create ERT button, but instead of having to fill in all the fields, all the fields will be pre-populated with the settings from an existing ERT. Those settings can then be inspected and modified before saving the new ERT.

This saves the time needed to create new ERTs.
