Feature Configuration - Optional From Email Address

Previously, the application issued an error if a From Email Address was not specified in the feature configuration. With recent enhancements in Oracle Utilities Application Framework, the application performs other ways to get the From Email Address from other sources like sender configuration and property file when sending out emails. It is not necessary to require From Email Address in the feature configuration.

This reduces redundant configuration.
