Batch Business Date Protected for Batch Rerun

When rerunning a batch job, the system uses the batch business date of the original batch run. In this release, when submitting a rerun, the batch business date of the original run is displayed and protected. Previously, the user interface allowed a user to input the batch business date for a rerun, but the date was ignored, resulting in confusion.

This reduces confusion by a user submitting a rerun of a batch job by showing the batch business date for the job being rerun.

Steps to Enable
