Bill Segment Item Date Alignment
When a service agreement bills interval/non-scalar usage and the Start Day Option is set to "Current Day", bill segment item end dates align with the bill segment period. This change does not affect usage calculation or rate application.
This feature improves the consistency of billing information presented to customers.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
