Streamlined Customer Contact Commenting
Comment entry in the Customer Contact Sidebar portal zone is now more intuitive. By pressing the Enter key, you can start a new line in the Comments field, instead of that action adding a customer contact.
This reduces accidental saves and improves note quality by enabling clear, multi-line comments without interrupting the contact entry process.
