Sync Request Inbound Portals

You can use the Sync Request Inbound query and maintenance portals to search, review, and manage inbound synchronization requests. The portals provide visibility into request processing and support investigation and reprocessing when required.

This feature improves operational efficiency by reducing the time required to identify and resolve inbound synchronization issues.

Steps to enable and configure

Provide the required access before using the feature. Details are in the Access #Requirements section.

Access requirements

System administrators should review and determine which user groups should be granted access to the following application service: 

• C1SYNCIN (Sync Request Inbound Portal)
• C1SYNCIQ (Sync Request Inbound Query Portal)
