Account Debt Monitor Scheduled Review Processing

You can use the Process Scheduled Reviews Regardless of Last Review (Y/N) Collections, Severance & Write Off feature configuration option to configure how the Account Debt Monitor (ADM) background process selects accounts for scheduled review. When enabled, ADM processes all accounts scheduled for review as of the current business date, regardless of the account's most recent credit review date. This option applies only when the Include Minimum Days Review option is enabled.

This feature provides greater flexibility in selecting accounts for scheduled review, helping align Account Debt Monitor processing with review requirements.

Steps to enable and configure

To enable and configure this feature, complete these steps:

1. Create a Collection, Severance & Write Off feature configuration if one does not exist.
2. Set the Process Scheduled Reviews Regardless Of Last Review (Y/N) option to "Y".
