Smart Grid Gateway Archiving File Name
When Smart Grid Gateway payload processing in run in archive mode, archived files retain a .gz extension after the uniqueness timestamp. Delete and rename post-processing behavior is unchanged.
This makes archived compressed files easier to identify and process consistently in downstream retention and file-management processes.
