Automatic Cancellation of Non-Billed Budget Service Agreements

Non-billed budget service agreements are now automatically cancelled when the last covered service agreement is cancelled, and associated scheduled payments are deleted. Previously, the non-billed budget service agreement transitioned to 'Pending Stop'.

This reduces manual cleanup by ensuring non-billed budget service agreements are brought to a final state when the last covered service agreement is cancelled.

Steps to enable and configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
