Show Chart Disclaimers Based on Customer Type

Utilities can provide different Data Browser disclaimer messages for residential and business customers. A general disclaimer can remain available as a fallback when a customer-specific message is not configured. 

This helps utilities present more relevant explanatory information without maintaining separate Data Browser instances.

Steps to enable and configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips and considerations

  • This feature is available to Residential Digital Self Service - Energy Management and nonresidential Business Customer Engagement customers.
  • Generic disclaimers are the default. Customer type-specific disclaimers must be configured and enabled by your Oracle Utilities Opower Delivery Team.
