Oracle Utilities Cloud Service Console

Designed to complement the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Console, Oracle Utilities Cloud Service Console focuses on service-specific information and actions for Oracle Utilities environments. The initial release includes a consolidated view of service information, such as tenant and account identifiers, service type, and a link to the service status page; service URLs for each environment; and REST and SOAP API endpoints by environment. A dedicated dashboard shows environment status updates after requests complete and clearly indicates when an environment is locked, preventing it from being targeted by other operational requests until unlocked. You can review open requests with full details and statuses, adjust data lock status to prevent destructive actions, and perform a Factory Reset to return an environment to its post-provisioning baseline.

Oracle Utilities Cloud Service Console is available for Oracle Utilities cloud services on version 25.10 or later. Initially, this will be made available only to selected customers.

This provides utilities always-on self-service control to speed critical actions, consolidate key service details in one place, accelerate turnaround on operational requests, safeguard environments with clear lock controls, and quickly return environments to a clean baseline for faster testing and remediation.

Access requirements

Access to Oracle Utilities Cloud Service Console is controlled via an Oracle Identity Domain. When a cloud account has multiple identity domains the Identity Domain that is linked to your Production environment will be used to control access to the service console.

The Cloud Service Console includes public and secured pages. Access to the public pages is allowed to any authenticated user (user defined on the identity domain that controls access to the Cloud Service Console).

Access to secured pages is typically given to the customer cloud account administrators. The administrator users are assigned special roles that allows them to access the secured pages on the console.
