Migration of Oracle Delivered Inbound Web Services to REST

The applicable bundle import flows update the framework Inbound Web Services (IWS) used by Oracle Utilities Testing Accelerator flows and components from SOAP to OpenAPI-based REST. OpenAPI provides a standardized, machine-readable API contract that supports modern integration tooling. This migration will be completed in phases across the 26.10 and 27.4 releases.

The updates to the inbound web services will no have any impact on the Oracle Utilities Testing Accelerator flows and components. Existing flows and components will continue to work as before. No manual updates to existing flows or components are required. No flow configuration or user configuration changes are needed.

isRest and hasOpenAPI properties in the flow configuration or user configuration can only be used to define customer component behavior.
