Increased Field Size for Several Market Messaging Related Fields

The following fields were increased to 100 bytes:

• EXT_REF_VAL (External Reference Value) on the tables F1_MKTMSG_IN_EXT_REF and F1_MKTMSG_OUT_EXT_REF
• KEY_VALUE1, KEY_VALUE2, KEY_VALUE3, KEY_VALUE4, and KEY_VALUE5 on the table F1_MKTCFG

In order to support more business use cases, you can capture larger size strings in these fields.
