Portal Tabs as Scorecards

Previously, a portal's tab menu included a single label for each tab. The Redwood dashboard template supports a more robust scorecard display of each tab.

Now the display of a dashboard portal's tabs area is enhanced to more closely match the Redwood dashboard template specifications. This feature is only supported for portals set with the Dashboard role that are associated with a UI template. While this enhancement aligns with the Redwood template guidelines, it is also supported in classic UI display mode.

An optional new Scorecard portal option type is introduced to allow for a script to compose the information displayed in the portal's tab area. A mixture of scorecard and classic tab display is not supported. The option must be configured on the main portal and also on each tab portal associated with the dashboard page for the tabs to be rendered as a scorecards.

There is no change to the display of existing page tabs when this option is not used.

Supporting scorecards tabs display for a dashboard page allows for information to be presented in a more comprehensive way.
