Automatic Application Data Refresh

Instead of needing to manually refresh the browser, users will now see updated information on key features automatically. The system checks for changes in underlying data at regular intervals and updates application data (such as charts, storm model status, and restoration rate views) accordingly. Polling intervals are used to balance timely updates with system performance.

NOTE: The Workplan area is not included in this update and will continue to require manual refresh.

Respond more quickly to changing conditions by receiving the most current information without needing manual refreshes.
