Base Algorithm for Simple Currency Exchange/Conversion
When defining Factors, you need to specify a Characteristic Source Algorithm, which helps determine the actual value for the factor. There are typically two classes of factors in the application, factors whose value depends on time and another characteristic of a transaction, for example, a state tax rate also depends on the state, and factors whose value only depends on time, for example, the currency exchange rate between two currencies simply changes over time. For the latter, only an algorithm type, but not actual algorithm, was previously released with the product. To reduce any potential confusion on how to configure an algorithim, an algorithm is now included in this release.
This reduces confusion about what's required and saves any unnecessary customization work.
