Questionnaire Service History Type - Conditional Follow-up Questions

This enhancement allows you to define questions on a questionnaire service history type as conditional follow-up questions based on a specific answer to another question. When users enter questionnaires of that type, those follow-up questions only become available when the answer to the other question is the one specified on the service history type.

This gives admin users more flexibility when designing their questionnaires and provides end users with a more pleasant experience creating questionnaire service histories.
