Work Location Synchronization Support for Oracle Utilities WACS-ArcGIS ESRI Integration

Work location synchronization is now supported in the WACS-ESRI integration. This includes synchronization of work locations created in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service with ESRI. This is existing functionality within the legacy integration, and is now part of the productized Oracle Integration Cloud-based integration.

This enables Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service to send a request to create a work location in ESRI for a given latitude and longitude. ESRI will then create the work location and return a Global ID back to Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service.

Steps to enable and configure

To enable this feature, complete these steps:

1. On the Oracle Utilities Integrations page on Oracle Help Center, select Work and Asset Integrations from the drop-down.
2. Locate the ESRI ArcGIS Integration to Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service section.
3. Review the Release Notes, then refer to the Work Location section in the Administrative User Guide for more information.
