Create and Launch Custom Actions

Use the new capabilities in the Agent Experience to extend the out-of-the-box quick actions from the Person and Premise Search page and the Customer 360 page. You can now create and add your own URL or in-application navigation actions to the Quick Action bar in Customer 360 or to the Action menu in the Person and Premise Search page.

You can create actions that are relevant to your business needs, but are not delivered with the experience. Actions added to the Person and Premise Search page can be associated with any URL or in-application navigation. Actions added to the Quick Action bar on the Customer 360 screen can be further defined to be associated with specific billing accounts.

This extensibility allows you to make the Agent Experience meet the needs of your utility.

Steps to Enable

Leverage the Visual Builder Studio to expose your applications. To learn more about extending your application using Visual Builder, visit Oracle Help Center > your apps service area of interest > Books > Configuration and Extension.

To enable this feature, your system administrator will use Visual Builder to extend the actions that are delivered with the experience. Refer to Extending Your Solutions in the Implementing Oracle Customer Experience for Utilities Guide.
