Oracle Field Service - Complete Construction Work Activities

In this release, the Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service-Oracle Field Service integration allows Oracle Field Service to complete construction work activities created in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service. You can then review the completion details of the construction work activity in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service. The completion details include asset installations, asset removals, service histories, and/or measurements. In addition, the integration enables you to perform the following tasks:

• Plan a construction work activity in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service.
• Send the planned activity to Oracle Field Service.
• Schedule the field work and record its details in Oracle Field Service.
• Complete the construction work activity in Oracle Field Service.
• Review the details of the completed work activity in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service.

This automatically updates the construction work activity created in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service with the corresponding completion details entered in Oracle Field Service.
