The Digital Asset subject areas can be used to analyze and create analytics dashboards and reports that facilitate decision-making for various demand response and energy efficiency programs. For example, you can use the Digital Asset data to monitor program enrollments, evaluate un-enrollment and re-enrollment rates, and analyze program performance. These insights can then be applied to improve program design and increase program participation.

This allows utility program managers to monitor program effectiveness in terms of enrollments, device registrations, event participation levels, and energy reductions achieved.
