Scorecards in Customer Dashboard
Scorecards provide agents with easy-to-view details about a billing account. They appear at the top of Customer Dashboard tabs, and provide a snapshot of key data points that are used to answer frequent call types. This data includes insight counts, total account balances, and number of service types.
Scorecards quickly provide agents with clear information that can help them triage their inbound contacts.
Steps to Enable
