Creating Notes
You can now create a note directly within CX4U Agent Service when viewing a billing account. Notes are automatically saved to the activity history stream and are registered as Note activities in Oracle Fusion. This streamlined process ensures all relevant customer interactions and insights are accurately captured in one place.
This enables agents to quickly and easily create and view notes from the Agent Service interface, eliminating the need to navigate to different systems to manage customer interactions. This feature improves agent efficiency by:
- Helping agents quickly and easily create improved customer documentation
- Providing visibility into customer interactions across systems
- Enabling agents to make data-driven decisions based on the available activity stream
Steps to enable and configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
