Managing Premises

Using the new Premise page, Key Account Managers can easily access detailed service data associated with each premise directly from the Customer Experience for Utilities Sales system. Previously, users had to navigate to their Customer Information System (CIS) to view premise-level insights, which include:

  • Usage history
  • Service point details
  • Premise-specific activities

This feature provides Key Account Managers a consolidated view of both account and premise information in a single system, reducing the need to switch between systems, which helps them:

  • Save time
  • Deliver deeper insights
  • Provide effective account management
  • Enhance customer interactions

This feature empowers Key Account Managers by providing them with easy access to deeper service insights at the premise level, which can help accelerate decision-making and improve customer engagement.
