Select a Remediation Plan for an Issue

To select a remediation plan for an issue:

  1. Select the Issues tab in the Issues work area. In the Issues page, click the name of the issue to open it.

  2. Select Actions > Edit Issue.

  3. In the Remediation Plans panel, select Add.

  4. In a Select and Add page, click the row for the remediation plan you want.

  5. Click Done to return to the record of the issue. The plan you selected appears in the Remediation Plans panel.

  6. Submit the issue.
