Overview of Working with Certifications

Whether a role is appropriately assigned to a user is a decision made outside of Oracle Fusion Cloud Access Certifications. You're free to determine your criteria for certifying role assignments.

Within the application, however:

• Direct managers, if they're invited to participate, make certification recommendations in My Team worksheets.
• Certifiers record their certification decisions in certifier worksheets.
• Role managers and owners review certifiers' decisions, and oversee certification campaigns, in overview pages.
• Owners, role managers, and certifiers may view documents attached to a certification during initiation. In worksheets they can access, they may also attach documents to individual user-role combinations, and view them.
