Service Business Units (Spectra)

A service business unit profile value defines how a service profile option is configured for a specific business unit within an enterprise. It stores the value assigned to the profile option and indicates whether the business unit uses the site-level value. This enables service settings to be managed separately for each business unit or inherited from the centrally defined site-level configuration.
