Overview of Contracts Scheduled Processes
Enterprise Contracts provides many predefined scheduled processes. The processes can be set up to run automatically at periodic intervals using the Scheduled Processes task from the Navigator.
This table lists the predefined scheduler processes and summarizes when they're needed:

Mass Update Contract Internal Contacts
The Mass Update Contract Internal Contacts (previously named Assign Contract Owner) scheduled process has been enhanced to update not only the contract owner but also the internal party contact, deliverable contact, and deliverable requester of contracts. This enhancement allows for efficient bulk updates of internal party contacts across multiple contracts, eliminating the need for manual individual updates, which can be time-consuming and prone to error.

The criteria for selecting contracts remain unchanged. Only the contracts that meet the
selection criteria will be considered for updating. In the following checkbox scenarios,
the existing contact (specified in the Existing Contact parameter) will
be replaced with the new contact specified in the New Contact
parameter.
