Gather Data for Crediting Insights

Run the scheduled process Gather Credit Insights. Then use reports to identify trends and anomalies or other insights.

Sample reports are available in the health dashboard on Cloud Customer Connect.

Results:

The data is placed in these tables:
  • Cn_tp_credit_metrics_all: Monitor trends in crediting over time and observe credit growth through credit to transaction ratios
  • Cn_tp_txn_metrics_all: Monitor trends in transaction counts, amounts, and review distribution of transactions by size to detect any abnormal increase or decreases in large amount transactions

  • Cn_tp_srp_credits_all: Monitor credit distribution across participants to detect abnormal patterns in selling behavior by salespeople
