Mask Participants in the CN_SRP_PARTICIPANTS_ALL Table
Use import to mask participant names and identifiers in Incentive Compensation tables. When you change or mask names in other tables, such as HCM, you need to separately mask the names in the CN_SRP_PARTICIPANTS_ALL table using the Incentive Compensation Participant Detail Import.
Masking names using this import only masks them in the Incentive Compensation table. Masking names from UIs and subject-area reporting must be done in the source data. For example, your participant snapshot search displays the participant's name and person number from Customer Data Management.

Obtain the ICParticipantImportTemplate.xlsm file from Support document 2785163.1 to save it locally.

Enter the participant details using the instructions and help included in the template. Identification fields are required.

Use the Delete or Mask Participant column. A single import file can contain only one of these choices for all records to be imported.

In the Participant Assignments work area, submit either Import and Update Participant Details or Run All Participant Process.
