Why can't I enter a date range for a performance measure or plan component?

One or both of these conditions exist.

• You have undefined periods for the duration of the performance measure or plan component. Define periods using the Manage Periods task in the Participant Assignments work area.

• You have undefined intervals for the calendar for the performance measure or plan component interval type. Define intervals using the Manage Intervals task in the Incentives functional area of the Sales offering. For example, if the performance measure or plan component interval is Quarter, then for the corresponding calendar, define quarterly intervals.
