Change Fields Display in the List

You can change what fields display in the list of results, in what order they appear, and how the results are sorted.

  • Change sort order by clicking on any of the sort icons (callout 1 in the screenshot).

  • Change which fields appear in the results:

    1. Click Actions (three vertical dots icon highlighted by callout 2 in the screenshot) in the results header.

    2. Select Manage Columns.

    3. Select the fields you want to display. You can search or scroll through the list.

  • Change the order of columns:

    1. Click on the column header.

    2. Drag the column to the new place.

  • Adjust column width.
