Should I Search by Filter or Keyword?

When you add a filter, you are filtering your results by a specific field. Searches are more general. For example, filtering your accounts by "city equals Boston", returns all accounts in the city of Boston.

By contrast, searching for Boston, returns accounts in Boston, accounts with contacts named Boston, and accounts on Boston street.
