Technical Compatibility

This topic describes the software versions that are compatible with this release of the Partner Finder.

Use the following software and specified versions with this Partner Finder release:

  • Oracle Partner Finder is supported with Oracle CX Sales 20B, or later.

    You must have one of the below licenses:

    • Oracle CX Sales and Fusion Service - Enterprise

    • Oracle CX Sales and Fusion Service - Premium

    Note: Partner Finder uses CX Sales REST APIs through Oracle Visual Builder. For more information, refer to the Oracle REST API for CX Sales reference in the Related Topics.
  • Oracle Visual Builder 19.4.3.0, or later.

  • Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit (Oracle JET). Oracle Visual Builder includes Oracle JET bundled in with it and updates the version to uptake new features periodically. Oracle Partner Finder is compatible with the Oracle JET versions bundled with the corresponding versions of Visual Builder.

Determine the Version of Oracle CX Sales

To determine the version of CX Sales that you have installed:

  1. Sign in to CX Sales.

  2. Select the menu next to the name of the signed-in user.

    The Settings and Actions menu appears.

  3. Click About This Application.

    The About This Application dialog box is displayed. The version number appears after the word Revision.
