How do I hide inactive users in Oracle Sales?

You can see the inactive users in the account owner list because the resource file for the user remains active. Here are the steps to inactivate the user’s resource file:

1. Go to Navigator > Others > Resource Directory.
2. Click Tasks > View Resources.
3. Search and select the user whose resource profile you want to inactivate.
4. Drill down on the user.
5. Specify a past date in the To Date.
6. Click Save and Close.
