How can I hide a smart action from the Actions menu in Workspace objects?

Use the Smart Actions page in Application Composer to disable or enable an action. Smart actions are contextual actions that are mapped to an object and client application, such as Workspace.

Smart actions make tasks that are used often easily accessible because they're always available from the same place on a page, such as from the Workspace list page or in the Action Bar. Here's how to remove a smart action so that users won't see it:

1. In Application Composer, click Smart Actions, available in the Common Setup.
2. Find the action you want to disable and select No in the Enabled column.
