How can I restrict access to parent accounts using sales territories?

You can configure the access group rules in the Sales and Service Access Management work area to restrict access.

If you're providing access to accounts using sales territories only, then ensure the appropriate access group rules are active for territory owner, territory member, and territory hierarchy access.

If you're granting access using both team membership and territory membership, then you must also make sure the appropriate access group rules are active for owners, team members, and the team member hierarchy. In both cases, inactivate the generic All Parties and All Prospects access group rules for accounts.
