How can we enable mobile app access for both Sales and Oracle CPQ?
To let users access both Sales and Oracle CPQ on the mobile app, when Sales and Oracle CPQ are hosted on separate instances, do this:
- Customize Oracle CX Sales Mobile using the mobile application setup screens.
- In the Opportunity object detail page, add Quotes and Orders as related items.With this setup, in the opportunity detail page, you'll be able to see the quotes and orders in the opportunity.
