How come I don't see all of the recurring appointments in my Sales application when I create them?
Recurring activities require the Periodic Refresh process to run before they show up. This Adaptive Search indexing process is set to run every hour, so you see only the initial appointment when you create it. You may have to wait some time before seeing all of the scheduled appointments in Sales and in CX Sales Mobile.
You can find out when the process runs by checking the Monitor Periodic Refresh tab in the Configure Adaptive Search setup task in Setup and Maintenance work area:
- Offering: Sales
- Functional Area: Sales Foundation
- Show: All Tasks
- Task: Configure Adaptive Search
If desired, you can change the process schedule.
