How do I access my LinkedIn Profile?

You can use the 'Show LinkedIn Profile' smart action under Contact object.

This smart action isn't enabled in the predefined application. You must enable this smart action first, and then use the action from Contact foldout page to navigate to LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

To do this:

1. Navigate to Application Composer > Smart Actions and search LinkedIn.
2. Select the Show LinkedIn Profile row for the Contact object
3. Select Yes under the Enabled column.

The LinkedIn smart option for Contacts is now enabled. To view the LinkedIn profile of a contact:

1. Go to Contacts and drill down to a contact.
2. Search Show LinkedIn Profile in the search action bar.
