How do I add a value to a new lookup I created on the Manage Standard Lookups page?

To add a value to a new lookup, make sure to add the value in the Tag column. For example, you created a new lookup Activity Type, and you created a start date for the lookup. If you need this value to show up in Tasks, for example, add a value such as :TASK:
