How do I add custom Channel Type LOVs for Interactions?
In Oracle Sales in the Redwood User Experience, you can add more channel types to the lists-of-values (LOVs) for Interactions.
To add other Interactions channel types:
- Navigate to the Manage Communication Channels Task in Setup and Maintenance: Go to the Sales offering and search for the task.
- Click Create Channel.
- In the Create Channel window, select:
- Stripe Code:
CRM
- Purpose:
SALES
- Channel Type: Select the channel type that meets your business needs.
- Account Name: Enter the name of the channel type.
- Business Unit: Select the business unit you want to associate the channel type to.
- Stripe Code:
- Save your work.
