How do I add custom Channel Type LOVs for Interactions?

In Oracle Sales in the Redwood User Experience, you can add more channel types to the lists-of-values (LOVs) for Interactions.

To add other Interactions channel types:
  1. Navigate to the Manage Communication Channels Task in Setup and Maintenance: Go to the Sales offering and search for the task.
  2. Click Create Channel.
  3. In the Create Channel window, select:
    • Stripe Code: CRM
    • Purpose: SALES
    • Channel Type: Select the channel type that meets your business needs.
    • Account Name: Enter the name of the channel type.
    • Business Unit: Select the business unit you want to associate the channel type to.
  4. Save your work.
