How do I change number format?

By default, the way that larger numbers display in the UI includes commas between the numbers. For example: 1,234. You can configure the applications to show spaces or dots instead of commas.

Set Number Format for All Users

Here's how to change the number formatting for all users:

1. In Setup and Maintenance, search for and select the Set User General Preferences task.
2. Click the Number Format list and set the one that best fits your needs.
3. Save your work.

Here's how to change the number formatting for yourself:

1. Select your user name in the global header and then select Set Preferences in the Personalization area.
2. Select the Regional link in the General Preferences area.
3. Click the Number Format list and set the one that best fits your needs.
