How do I create a business plan or an account plan?

You can create and manage business plans or account plans in the Accounts work area. This provides sales teams a centralized view of goals, strategies, opportunities, and activities for key accounts.

Here's how you create a business plan:
  1. Navigate to Redwood Sales > Accounts.
  2. Drill down to any account.
  3. Search for Create Business Plan.
  4. Specify the required fields and click Create.
